Parking is available on-site in a shared, compact lot, typically accommodating one vehicle per unit. You’ll also find conveniently located shared trash receptacles within the complex for easy, everyday use. This space offers a clean, comfortable stay—ideal for guests who need a reliable place to unwind after long workdays. It’s especially well-suited for traveling nurses, data center professionals, contractors, and other working guests. Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome them with an approved pet deposit. Planning a longer stay? Mid-term and long-term options, including lease arrangements, are available to make your visit as seamless as possible. While Cedar Flats #3 isn’t designed as a luxury retreat or family-focused space, it shines as a practical, affordable option for guests who value convenience, location, and a comfortable place to land.
