This is a quiet, beautiful 4 bedroom home that boasts retro vibes, yet still maintains a stylish and sleek decor. It’s been beautifully remodeled recently and newly landscaped to provide a private and secluded backyard environment for you to enjoy. This home is simple yet unique! It encompasses several of my favorite things as a host. From the green retro pull out couch, to the amazing 74” tv in our cinema/game room, the simplicity of the bedrooms, and softness of bedding! The fully equipped espresso machine, and all the little extras that make this place hospitable and fun!
Other Details to Note
Make sure you put the address in your GPS exactly like it is written (EN) because gps likes to take you to the E or the N location if not typed in correctly! The sheets/blankets and pillows for the fold out sofa bed are in the hidden compartment in the sofa. The espresso machine is pretty user friendly and I have provided written instructions for you! Please clean the steaming wand after every use. (I will keep an array of milks and espressos stocked). The retro gaming system comes preloaded with 620 games!!! Super Mario Brothers anyone??? I will always provide popcorn for your cinematic experience!! The surround sound is also Bluetooth if you want to jam out! Please put the umbrella in the corner near the hammock so it doesn’t blow over!

You can walk a few blocks to ACU, or United, Starbucks, or any of the restaurants directly across Judge Ely Blvd. Walk a few blocks past ACU to the Hottest dining, retail and entertainment spot in Abilene- Allen Ridge! A short drive to Hendrick Medical Center (5 miles), HSU, Mc Murray, Taylor County Expo Center, or the Abilene Zoo! Don’t forget to take a short 8 minute drive to downtown Abilene, and enjoy all the great restaurants, entertainment and art experiences! This home is the perfect location!!!

Whole house! The backyard has a privacy fence for you to enjoy our outdoor space, the rest of the backyard is not accessible at this time, as our neighbor is making some improvements. There is driveway parking and street parking available for your convenience!

There is a lot of walking, biking and scootering near ACU! We walk to Allen Ridge all the time from this location, it is very safe and enjoyable! There is also a United Super Market right down the street and several dining experiences to choose from within walking distance… including Rosas Cafe and Two Profs (most generous ice cream scoops in town)!
